Like relics
From the sprawling past,
They come.
Time frames;
As though from the devil’s den.
.
In heat,
Sizzling, pulsating
To the serpent’s crawl.
Faith fermenting
Their existence since eternity.
Igniting raptures of the flesh,
In body-fusion talk
Like raindrops,
Tingling down
Their quivering spines.
.
They the raw, as new-born
In biblical innocence,
Raking up,
Memoirs of a serene
Tranquillity.
Enlighten not the reptile
To paths of degradation,
Loosen not their tongue
To the forbidden fruit,
Hide not the eternal truth
Of the lords love, for them.
See,
Their naked estasy, as sin
Least their folly;
Become our undoing.
